Brad Notenberg
Brad Notenberg has been a licensed general contractor for 27 years in the Twin Cities Metro Area. He purchased a house with his father in 1995 and discovered a passion for bringing distressed properties back to life. He started a residential family construction business and moved on to renovating multi-unit buildings as part owner of portfolio of rental properties.
Brad has repaired the smallest of items in his rentals, remodeled kitchens, and bathrooms, added on additions, and even built his own home in 1997. When it comes to construction Brad has the experience needed to complete any project. He believes in working hard to create a quality product that will not only look beautiful but built right to last and function for many years to come.
When not working on job sites, Brad enjoys camping, woodworking, finishing projects on his own home and playing music with his family and friends.
